Day 5,156 km ,surat thani now. I got diarrheal after I ride for almost 70 km, crazy for looking toilet and continue my ride. Luckily got an uncle send me for almost half journey, thks for that.
Stay in Siam Thani Hotel now, and I will rest 1 day here to recover my body.

回覆刪除If you are still facing diarrheal, go to local hospital for treatment....it could be a sign of dehydration...
Try to go according to the route map as planned before....
For medication please also send email to Dr Yee of St John for advises.
